Selected paddy arrives from trusted growers across the basmati belt of Punjab.
Every lot is checked in our quality control lab for moisture, purity and grain quality.
Paddy is cleaned and rests in temperature controlled silos until it is ready for milling.
Hulls are removed and the grain is milled with care to protect its length.
Optical sorting separates the finest grains from broken or discoloured ones.
Samples are tested again against buyer specifications before packing.
Rice is packed in the bag type you choose, with your own label if required.
Containers are loaded and shipped to ports and buyers around the world.

Paddy is pre-cleaned, husked and separated, then de-stoned, whitened and polished. It is sifted and graded by length, sorted by colour, and only then packed.
Our paddy is cultivated across Punjab in the Kharif season. Planting happens in June and July, and harvesting runs from September to November.
